The third step is to eat a little bit of protein and lots of vegetables with each and every meal. The protein and vegetables make a perfect fat burning meal that will provide your body and mind with the fuel that is needed to keep you going for the entire day. The combination of vegetables and protein will also keep you from experiencing the high that is usually associated with searches and sugar and then the all-too-familiar crash. Eating this way should keep your energy level throughout the day so you do not crash and burn.
