Exercise Weight Loss Program - Lose 5 - 10 lbs Fast

If you want to lose 5 to 10 pounds fast. Try this fast exercise routine to help you lose those last 5 to 10 lbs.

You do not have to belong to a fancy gym to do this exercise routine. All you need is a pair of sneakers.
You can use the money that you saved from having to pay gym membership fees and buy yourself clothes that fit your new slimmer body.   • Squats using just your body weight 50 Repetitions
    Rest 2 to 5 minutes 
    Chin ups 50 Repetitions
    Then take a 5 minute rest break and repeat the entire routine 1 more time.
    Make sure you keep an exercise log and write down the amount of time it took you to finish the entire routine. Then next time try to beat this time by doing it faster. 
Only do this routine 3 days a week and not on back to back days. Make sure you take a day of rest after doing this high intensity exercise routine. So you can use this program on Monday - Wednesday - Friday or Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday but not on Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday.

On the days in between you can go for a nice long walk for about 60 minutes. Try to keep your heart rate under 130. The 60 minute walks will help your body metabolize fat and burn more calories.

Pay attention to your diet for the best results for weight loss.

If you can try to set a goal of not eating approximately 2 hours before you go to sleep. Having ice-cream and cake before bed time will only make your belly bigger and bigger.
